Card Class Thursday

Special Paper Crafts Event!

We are so excited to welcome KC Burningham from My Mind's Eye for a special paper crafting event October 23rd & 24th!

Here's the scoop:

On Friday, October 23rd, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. in our Rexburg store, KC will be teaching a card class designed exclusively for My Mind's Eye. You can create these five beautiful Christmas cards for only $10.

Then, join us on Saturday, October 24th, from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m. in our Rexburg store and create these two layouts for only $15. KC will offer a $5 in-store credit so you can purchase alphabet stickers and any other supplies needed to customize your layouts.

There will be giveaways and lots of excitement going on! Spaces are limited, so sign up early to reserve your spot. It's sure to be a great time!

Fall Cards

Do you enjoy stamping? These four cards were made in our card class last night using Great Impressions Rubber Stamps. We still have a few kits left, so grab yours while you have the chance! Stamps are also available for purchase.

2nd Saturday October 10th

Create and Imagine: Children are so good at this process. As we get older we seem to become more serious. Our challenge this month is to document some of the less serious aspects of our lives. When have you used your imagination? How have you been creative with your layouts? If you must be serious, what do you imagine for yourself? Have you documented those early childhood drawings or stories?

I found a couple of quotes that might help jump start your imagination:

In the above layout, Mason was at his Grandma's house and only had a stick to play with. He had no trouble using his imagination while playing.

Join us for 2nd Saturday on October 10th and be ready to share some of your creative ideas or to glean some ideas from fellow classmates.

If you haven't attended this class before, it meets every 2nd Saturday at 8 am. It's great for all levels of scrapbookers, but especially those just getting started. We would love to have you attend!
